A New Beginning:

This summer I am away from home and discovering new passions. I am living with a family, working at Dutch Bro's coffee, taking an online class and more. Since I have been at college I have been developing a love for baking and discovering new delicious treats. I have decided that this summer I would start baking more and writing about what I bake on this site. These recipes are not mine, I am using ones I find just to learn and have fun! Day 3 The Cupcake Flag




Today was our 4th of July BBQ today with my family and the Flinn family, which called for a fun dessert. It started with baking a bunch of cupcakes in the morning and frosting them all with the different colors. I was lucky to have Kris and Mitch helping with this project. Kris has a cupcake book and we found a picture of a flag they made. We decided to try it for my blog but down sized ours a little. Although we still made over all around 90 cupcakes. The flag was about 65ish with the little ones on top. It was really fun project and now we have tons of cupcakes for the whole week.
