A New Beginning:

This summer I am away from home and discovering new passions. I am living with a family, working at Dutch Bro's coffee, taking an online class and more. Since I have been at college I have been developing a love for baking and discovering new delicious treats. I have decided that this summer I would start baking more and writing about what I bake on this site. These recipes are not mine, I am using ones I find just to learn and have fun! Day 11..ButterCream Chocolate Chip Cupcakes





Today I drove back to Redding and made Butter Cream Chocolate Cupcakes for Dan and Meghan Anderson. I went to there house for dinner and baked with Meghan before we watched The Bachelorette. They tasted great and the frosting was even better. The frosting had 3 sticks of butter and 3 3/4 cups of powdered sugar! haha so bad but so good! Dan picked them out and I have pictures to show you but they are not downloading right...so they will be up soon along with the recipe. I cant believe it has only been 11 days, feels like a year! :) see you tomorrow!
